TERMS OF SERVICE
- Waitlist: I work on commissions on a first-come basis and wont start one before I finish the ones commissioned before (with the exception of rushed/high-priority commissions.) You can check progress of commissions on the waitlist tab at the top.
- Refusal: The artist may refuse commissions for many reasons, including but not limited to: topics they are uncomfortable drawing, pieces they don't believe they have the time/skill to draw properly.
- Payment: After accepting the commission the artist will provide a rough sketch to the commissioner. Payment must be made in full before the line-art will be started. Payment can be made via Paypal (with a 5% additional cost for paypal fees)
- Usage: The client has the right to use the commission for their personal usage, this includes print for personal display, wallpaper, posted as a profile icon on websites/social media as long as they give the artist proper credit.
- Revisions: The artist will request for any revisions initially after payment is done (after rough sketch, before starting line-art,) and again after applying base coloring (pre-rendering.) A limit of 2 revisions will be accepted during each of these phases. (With exception of rush orders which wont be asked for revisions past rough sketch.)
- Refunds: Commissions are non-refundable after payment unless the artist decides to cancel the commission. If the artist has not sent any update regarding the commission progress for a period longer than 14 days or if the artist is the only one at fault for missing a rush order deadline. Only in those cases, will the payment be fully or partially refunded if the client requests it.
- Expiration: If the client fails to respond to a revisions request from the artist for a period longer than 14 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.
- Deadlines: Commissioned pieces don't normally take longer then a few weeks or a month after starting. This can be longer depending on complexity.
Private/Commercial use License
- Commissions rarely exceed a few weeks/month to complete unless the work involved requires it or under specific circumstances.
- If I feel I cant make the deadline I wont accept the commission.
- Commercial use licenses transfer the rights ownerships that are initially retained by the artist.
- The owner of commercial use is still required to give proper credits to the artist while using or exposing the work.
- The owner of commercial use licenses have the rights to use the commission to sell on merchandise, promote, distribute, produce and for any other commercial purposes as long as they don't involve modifying the product or having any negative impact on the artist. Reselling or minting artworks as NFT is not authorized in any circumstances.
